With Atelier 21 KSA, we embarked on a Design & Built Turnkey project for Welaya General Commission, aiming to create a distinguished interior design model for their office in Riyadh. This small investment office space project integrates smart design with luxury, using AI for optimal space utilization and high-end materials like bespoke marble and rare woods. Our design reflects Welaya's mission to monitor, preserve, manage, and develop funds with integrity, transparency, and professionalism. We've created a workspace that enhances productivity, fosters continuous improvement, and embodies Welaya's commitment to excellence and effective communication.

Embodying the essence of growth and natural harmony. This concept seamlessly integrates the use of natural materials, with a focus on travertine and wood, imitated from the existing building finishes, to create a tactile and organic environment. The colour scheme was derived from the surroundings, the institute identity and the representation & impact of those colours on the visitors, users of the space.
